I had the pleasure of bringing Chick P. to first-time hosts in East Petaluma and making new friends. It was a wonderful smile filled installation. Thank you for getting in touch, Aiden and Amy!

I had a memory pop up and create this "poem" in about 3 minutes earlier today. Strange and cool! Its about me and my brother, when we were little, creeping out of our rooms and listening to my mom and dad fight when they thought we were asleep.
untitled... ______ so where were we then you and i hunkered down on the landing or perched on its edge like fledglings when the screaming stopped and all fell silent we trembled not understanding and afraid to be caught up in the darkness Just had a memory pop up as/in this poem.
So, instead of working on some materials for a meeting that I have today, and an overdue commission. I designed this yesterday. Running away from my anxiety, or maybe I should say refocusing it, is often beneficial!
Now... back to work :P Inspired in part by Robert Indiana. I designed this one while waiting for the paint to dry on the larger sign. fun!
I think that Vote with Love wants to become a series. Let's see what happens in the next few days... I designed this one as a sticker earlier in the week and converted it to a 2'x2' sign last night. (Special thanks for inspiration to artist Robert Indiana.)
This design is a sticker I created in 2019. Last night, I converted it into a painted sign. Happy Independence Day, to all my American friends. And, happy Saturday to everyone, everywhere I dropped off the new sign at The Petaluma Art Center for an outdoor art fence event to support their upcoming show "Deeds Not Words" about the Women's Suffrage Movement.
Funny, it looked so much larger on the floor! Woohoo!
